dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the benefits and challenges of working from home in a client services department of a public sector organisation in Limpopo. The study was conducted taking a qualitative approach, through in-depth interviews for data collection. The acquired data was processed using thematic analysis, from a combination of employees who were working from home, and those who had opted not to work from home. The study has highlighted the benefits, challenges, skills, and support required for employees to work effectively at home.
